Vehicle development services

Concept & series development

From the initial idea to market-ready implementation, we support the entire development process. We take an integrative approach, evaluate alternatives, and ensure technical feasibility across all vehicle components.

Project management

We coordinate complex development projects efficiently and with clear focus. With technical expertise and an agile approach, we ensure transparent processes, smooth communication, and on-time results.

Construction

We handle the design implementation – from component development to production-ready design. Our CAD-based solutions are precise, cost-efficient, and tailored to the requirements of series production.

Surface Modeling

Whether Class-A or technical freeform surfaces – we develop high-quality surface models for exterior and interior. Our work combines design standards with technical feasibility and precise data quality.

Manufacturing

We produce prototypes, small series, and functional components – precisely, quickly, and using state-of-the-art technology. Our manufacturing combines mechanical and additive processes and covers design, CAM programming, as well as tool and fixture construction from a single source.

Data Management & Release

We ensure quality down to the last step. The high level of expertise our employees have with OEM-specific systems guarantees a smooth process in data management and release procedures. As a result, releases are carried out professionally and on schedule, leading to consistently positive evaluations by the OEM.

Engineering Leadership & Interface Management

Team Leadership

Takes on the technical and organizational leadership of the systems engineering team. Ensures clear structures, prioritization, and communication across interfaces.

Team Support

Flexibly complements existing teams with engineering expertise and provides relief during peak workloads. Offers targeted support in concept development, specification, and coordination.

Resident Engineering

Directly on-site with the customer – enabling fast coordination, technical clarification, and close support throughout the development process. Ensures seamless communication between the OEM and the development team.

Module Leadership

Manages the development of a vehicle module in terms of time, cost, and quality. Responsible for interface coordination, budget control, and ensuring target achievement within the overall project.
